What is Salt?
Salt is a premium, small-batch photography zine with adventure at its core. Each issue tells the story of a single journey, weaving together carefully curated images from the expedition supported by personal stories and insights that bring the adventure to life.
In a time where we look at an image and immediately scroll to the next one, Salt offers something tangible and slower - our aim with this zine is to reignite the relationship people have with photos and certain images, by bringing the reader in on the journey behind capturing them.

Whether you love the outdoors, photography, adventure writing, beautiful imagery, or just want something that looks great on your coffee table for a lazy Sunday morning, Salt is designed to be held, shared and get people exploring.
Issue One
We explore the raw beauty of the American West, from the Californian Pacific coastline to the Mojave desert with surreal and vast landscapes along the way. Our photographer tries to recapture that feeling of childish excitement in his photography and experiments with a custom-built, 3D printed panoramic film camera along the way - with varying levels of success. ​​
